Our client is an industry leader dedicated to engineering and supplying premier friction materials and braking components for the North American Commercial Vehicle sector. 

Location: Remote

Region: Midwest, Southeast, or Mid-Atlantic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage aftermarket distribution and fleet business within the assigned territory.
  • Strategically identify growth opportunities and tap potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Regularly update and report to senior management about sales trends, challenges, and opportunities within the territory.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, driven individual with a natural flair for sales and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the commercial vehicle market.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrable ability to create and implement strategic plans.
  • Clear communicator who can effectively present ideas and solutions to various stakeholders.
  • This role does not entail managing direct reports.
  • Willingness to travel, with travel expectations exceeding 50%.
