Clement de Valon, who has been on the Board of TMD Friction since September, on October 1st assumed responsibility for the company’s global aftermarket business.
de Valon, 46, takes over from David Baines, who on August 1st was appointed CEO and President of TMD Friction Group, one of the world’s leading brake pad manufacturers. In his role, de Valon will report directly to Baines.
